Shuling has extensive experience in education, particularly in teaching Chinese to native speakers and Chinese as a foreign language learner in Sydney. Her long-standing aspiration to establish an internationally minded Chinese school in Australia, serving as a cultural bridge between the East and West, has been a driving force in her career. After relocating to Perth, she met Vanessa, a girl who shares a similar vision.

Vanessa has taught in a bilingual international school in China and Vanessa has undergone collisions between diverse cultures and education systems in both China and Australia. She consistently ponders how to integrate the strengths of education from both countries to develop an education brand with societal values.

Together, two women conceptualized the brand philosophy of Super Mandarin, engaging in extensive discussions, thorough research, and brainstorming sessions, ultimately founding this Chinese language education academy in Perth.
